Company Zürn placed in South Germany’s Schöntal-Westernhausen near Stuttgart produces rape harvest equipment with a superior mechanical drive of the vertical knifes since the 1980´s. The Zürn rape-extensions or side knifes fit on headers of all kinds of brands. For harvesting oilseed rape with vario headers we offer also a mechanical side knife to install at the platform. Attachement-kits for harvesting sunflowers and pick-ups for peas are completing the product range.

The „Premium Flow“ header with an active crop flow for all John Deere combines fascinates with its outstanding increased efficiency – especially in difficult harvesting conditions. This innovative concept got a silver medal as a new product on the Agritechnica Show in 2005.

In addition to the combine headers, Zürn presented in 2007 the “Quick-Cut“ header for direct harvest of whole crop silage and other biomass in combination with a forage harvester. From 2010 on the new Zürn – „Profi Cut“ direct cut header with 6.20 m and 4.80 m working width is available.

For the road transport of combine headers Zürn offers a wide range of transport trailers with single, double or twin axle chassis.
